This popular course allows you to fully enjoy Bincho's eel, including the popular liver dish, shirayaki, as well as Bincho's original "eel salad," nagayaki, crab miso tofu, and hitsumabushi.*For an additional fee, you can change the Hitsumabushi to Jo-jo Hitsumabushi (1,000 yen), Tokujo-jo Hitsumabushi (3,000 yen), Unaju (200 yen), etc.*You can change your soup to liver soup for an additional 180 yen.*Extra rice is available for an additional 200 yen.
